Bug description: When you kill a boss on normal/heroic difficutly it drops the same sigil for the entire raid even if you have 10 of the same sigil.
Proof: No proof yet but i will include it soon.

And it shouldn't be like this? In LFR where we have the personal loot system it already works correctly, it gives you the sigil you are missing, but on normal raids where loot is shared I don't think it should drop depending on what each player needs

Two days ago I picked up 2 extra sigils of wisdom from 10n MV and now i have 13 of them.

I just got another Sigil of Power in raid finder, I officially have 13 Sigils of Power. Some players were also complaining about this. You should not be able to receive any more once you hit 10, but you still do.

Still no solution for this? I have 13 Sigils of Wisdom and 8 Sigils of Power. If this work correctly I should be able to complete the quest, but I'm still unable due to this.

Here is the proof, made after a raid where it dropped me another Sigil of Wisdom:
