WoW Freakz link: mount, item
Bug description: When any character, other than the one that originally obtained the mount, uses the mount they will flag for PvP. This occurs cross-faction as well on the account.

Cannot replicate this problem must have been something else that flags you for pvp, mounts dont flag you for PvP
