Details: (optional) Here we are again. I try to use the ensemble and nothing happens. I used it few days ago when I was told it's been fixed, it said that it was added on my wardrobe but as you may be able to see nothing was added. Then after the restart, I got the item refunded and when trying to use it nothing happens. It's been about ten days of non stop e-mails, forum threads and GM tickets and still no solution. I tried deleting cache and then opened the game again and still it did not work. I don't get why you mark a thread as completed two days after it's been created when I clearly COULD keep on having the same issue. And I do. So there's part 2. Part 4 to be precise but that's part 2 post fix.

EDIT: You sent me a second ensemble and I still cannot use it after deleting cache.

Here we go again. I want that particular ensemble. I have two of them sitting in my bags right now and still can't use them. If it's fixed why do I still have the bug?
