[REJECTED] Retribution paladin 7.1.5 base damage buff

Bug description: In 7.1.5 Greater Blessing of Might has been removed from the game which was around 10% of our damage give or take. To balance this out they buffed our base dmg by 12% as the following official changelog states

From my testings it seems like this base dmg buff is missing from the game.

I did not know how to remove Potion of the old War from simcraft because currently it is not working in-game to make a perfect scenario so removing it from the simulation (-24623dps) I end up simulating 390614 dps compared to in-game 352k
