[REJECTED] Right half of bindings of the windlord

Bug description: right half of windlord binding is not dropable at heroic difficulty in vault of the wardens. Im doing heroic 10+ day but i still see not a single drop. Its bugged and need to be fixed

The fact that you run it 10 times a day doesn't mean you will get the drop.
Heroic dungeons have a daily cooldown and mythic dungeons have a weekly one, therefore that 5% chance drop chance is accurate and the item isn't bugged as it's in the loot table.

What I can suggest for you is this: Unlock the hidden artifact on a different spec as well as any of the tints 2-4 and that will unlock those for all specs' hidden artifact appearances. Just something you can do while you're still farming that one.

The item has a 5% drop chance. With that said, as the previous comment stated as well, by you doing 10+ runs a day doesn't mean it's bugged. Just means that luck wasn't on your side yet.
