Artifact bugged

i reported before that my artifact was bugged. i received 2 Kingslayer artifacts along with the other two but as soon as i respeced, the off hand stayed equiped( and i cannot un equip it even if i respec). the kingslayer got sent to my mailbox but i cannot retrieve it because it is a stack of two.

from my first in game ticket i was told to delete my cache folder which did not work


Them in ticket two Gm told me to report it under this section
