Bug description: Surge of Toxins is not working any more. As u can see on the picture, when i put Rapture, Surge of Toxins does not appear on my Weak Auras or on the dummy HP bar

Pls, fix this problem as soon as possible. It`s a big dmg loss to Assassination Rogue.
