Bug description: When you kill a target, you keep combo points and can use it on other targets until the corpse disappears. (notice that you can use it on targets that have 0 combo points this way)

Please dont report bugs if you have no clue.
Crimson Tempest is an aoe , hence its not bound to current target Combo Points. Furthermore its possible to use spells such as Slice and Dice etc. (Crimson Tempest aswell) with the CP's of a dead target. You can also CLEARLY see in your screenshot , that Envenom is currently NOT useable.

Works as intended.
The combo points usage for a few abilities isn't bound to the current target CP, so you can use them to SnD, Crimson Tempest or Recuperate, no matter if you don't have cp on your current target, or no target at all.
