Bug description: Main Gauche Procc Chance

Hey all Developers and Fixers out there, by my self im playing Rogue since 12 Years and i figured out whats actually wrong on Combat Rogue on this Server: The mastery Main Gauche what should usually Procc on a % depending on your mastery seems to be on a fixed level here.

So if i go on dummy with 60% mastery i have the same Amount of Mastery Proccs on a long Fight on the Dummy as when i go for 25% Mastery.. So usually Mastery is the second best stat after Haste for Combat Rogue but no matter how better your gear gets the Mastery will be proccing on a fixed level that lowers Combat Rogue Dps by far. I tried multiple Reforges and i figured out that Crit after Haste is doing more damage then Haste > Mastery > Crit what is actually complete retarded because Combat rogue need 0 Crit to do damage.. and here its boosting dps by 10-25% depending on Gear.

what you have there as proof is nowhere near valid. the damage % doesnt mean it procced more or less. I tested it and it is significantly increasing as the mastery % goes up.
