Bug description: Between The Eyes isn't properly interacting with Talent Deeper Stratagem on 6 CP it should stun for 6 sec but it only stuns for 5 sec

It works properly. If you don't have deeper stratagem it will start from 4. But the duration is correct, because it writes 5,4,3,2,1,0 => total of 6 seconds
