Spell Description of Blurred Time: While Adrenaline Rush is active, your ability cooldowns recover 15% faster.

Bug description: Blurred time doesnt work on 3sec adrenaline rush of control is king talent.
Proof: just stun poly hex silience enemys in 40 yard of rogue , blurred time wont process.
