WoW Freakz spell link: Subterfuge (wowhead link)
Bug description: Subterfuge does not give +3s sec to legendary shoulders
Proof: Check what this guy saying in min 23:45 about 7.1.5 subterfuge. The combo works like in 7.2 when actually it is nerfed.

This bug was already reported and fixed, but its not working again, so if u can fix it one more time.

This was debated for too long. Check previous topics it works like it did on retail.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.

After doing some hard core research i found it was hotfixed in later stages of 7.1.5 (like last 20-30 days of patch). Sadly i didnt saw that untill now, sorry my bad here...

The way it works now is a result of hotfixes already applied to it. The former version of it worked like you mentioned it should in your report.
