Bug description: when use a shuriken storm youre second shuriken work as well.
but when use a shadow dance youre second shuriken many time not work as well.
only way for hitting target with shuriken second.
1.use a shadow dance or stealth 2. be fast use a shuriken storm maybe hit target with shuriken second.
So Quicksand look at my video and test this bug and fix it as soon posible tnx dude.

What he wants to say is that the trait (second shuriken is not working while you use Shadow Dance ) . Indeed in his video , when he used Shadow Dance while spamming Shuriken Storm , there was no trait proc , but when I tested this by myself I got a diferent result , check this out : https://youtube.com/watch?v=Hb_sAEk34VQ:

Here, a more detailed video.
As you can see, in the first and third rounds I had 100% uptime on shadow dance, and still got 30% proc chance on second shuriken (damage dispersion was 80% shuriken storm, 10% second shuriken)
In the second run I didn't use shadow dance at all, I still got 30% procs, damage dispersion was the same 80% vs 10% (both shuriken storm's and second shuriken's damage is tripled with stealth/shadow dance, but this does not affect the ratio)
