Bug description: in this video i use my shuriken storm on 5 6 dummy and each dummy increass youre chance for 2x shuriken by 6% this talent must work for all youre ability even nightblade dot and this talent not work in freakz.

The talent is working fine , you can spam like 100 Backstabs at one target and you will get from 4 to 6-7 procs , same case for nightblade . But in the case of more targets the proc chance remains the same (6%) regardless of how many targets you hit with Shuriken Storm . If you think that the proc talent is stacking with hiting more targets than 1 , you are wrong . Each target has 6% chance to get double damage from any rogue spell.
