Bug description: The npc is not here , it's down in Jandsvik where i supose to leave the quest , but i have not what quest to take ... i finished all quests in suramar .

So which was the last quest you completed? Shal'Aran?
So which quest are you reporting? Removing Obstacles or Jarl Come Back Now from that NPC?

What npc isn't there, Quest removing obstacles works fine and so does the other one. https://i.imgur.com/2qvXgx6.jpg .Rejected
