Bug description: No loot. should have 100% drop on hc, and normal is no where i search all dungeon

He should be only on HC so that's why you are not finding him on N.
As for the loot bug...hmm

On site it s write 100% drop on N too idk now.. i m gonna do this tommorow and if no loot means it s bug

Already reported it a few weeks ago, no loot at all, just gold. It should drop a fun item with 100% chance.
