[REJECTED] Scouting Reports - 3rd Relic slot Quest Chain Broken

The NPC "Tactician Tinderfell" provides the quest scouting reports. I took this quest and checked the Scouting map for the Mission name "Scouting Reports". I didnt find any quest named like that, so i abandon the quest and now im not able to retake it. The above mentioned NPC is not giving that quest (Scouting Reports) again and the quest name "Scouting Reports" is not displaying in Missions Tab. Kindly help on this. And now im not able to continue my 3rd Relic slot quest chain.

Open a ticket in game and a GM will give you the quest.
