Bug description: The quest does not show up in my quest log. I can't complete the quest despite having the necessary number of resources.

Abandon the quest and take it back, see if that fixes the problem.

As I said, the quest didn't show up in the quest log so I couldn't abandon it. I also tried deleting cache folder and it still didn't work. However, after one day I got a random error and my game crashed. After that error the quest did show up again in my quest log and I was able to abandon it. take it again and complete it.
