[REJECTED] [Sealed Crate] loot

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: [Sealed Crate] (can be fished in Tol Barad), loot is not good. It doesn't contain [Heavy Savage Leather] anymore, although it should. I noticed this much earlier but I wasn't 100% sure if it's just a bad luck or bug. Since then I've opened more then 30x [Sealed Crate] and none contained [Heavy Savage Leather]. Also, every [Sealed Crate] dropped some herbs, volatiles etc. (which have much lower drop rate then [Heavy Savage Leather]). This is a good source of mats for all crafting professions because it drops ores, herbs, volatiles, cloth, leather etc., but only Leatherworkers can't benefit on this way.

1. Maybe Screenshoot is not so good proof for this kind of bug, but thats all I could do to prove this. On the Screenshoot you can see 12x [Sealed Crate] (1 opened, and 11 unopened). As I said before, none of them dropped [Heavy Savage Leather].

As stated above, every crate has 15% of dropping one of that.
