Bug description: the npc is spawned (93907) but it doesen't sells the season 2 elite WOD mog

I don't think it matters if the NPC sells it or not since you need a rating of 2000 in WoD Season, and you wouldnt be able to buy it in legion. Only from the shop

"This set can be purchased after achieving 2000 rating this season 16 in 2v2/3v3/5v5/RBG." - on 2015/03/10 (Patch 6.1.0)

As stated previously you needed rating to obtain it, and has since been removed from the game. Rejected.
