You can clearly see, it says it has a 1.5 min cooldown from the glyph, but once I use it, it says the cooldown is 2 min.
Se poate observa, tooltip spune ca are 1.5 min cooldown de la glyph, dar odata folosita vraja cooldownul este tot de 2 min.

Doar arata 2 minute,dar cdul real e de 1.5 min.Testeaza
