LE: Da scuze, m-am grabit in a posta. Mecanica la Shadowstep este aceeasi ca si la Intercept. Nu poate fi folosit while snared/rooted.
LEE: Am sters porcaria care am scris-o initial.

Confirm, nu am auzit ca Tier 9 sa aiba asa un bonus de set.

T9 Bonus 2x (wowhead link)
T9 Bonus 4x (wowhead link)


nu cred ca se refera la TIER SET.... se refera *tier 9*... al 9'lea rand din talente... iar la rogue subtlety la tier 9 e shadowstep

tier mai inseamna si "rand" in romana...
