[REJECTED] [Shaman][Elemental] Chain Lightning Cooldown

Bug description: I have 1 week with this CD and I really find it annoying . Since when Elemental spec has CD on this spell? I log on my main char and I have CD ...from ashes or what? I relog,I die and nothing . It could be a random bug but IT IS ANNOYING . Also I have another shaman with same spec and guess what? no CD

I think you use that glyph which increase the range but adds cooldown

It does happen sometimes, and a relog usually solves it, idk what your issue might be.. Try to respec/unstuck as well

I tried on a shaman, had no issues.
.cast 421, no CD
.learn 421, you already know that spell.

Went on a mage, .learn 421, cast and...

So there might be a bug for you. I suggest contacting a GM and tell him to unlearn your CL and then learn it again. Maybe it will fix itself.
