Bug description: "Echo of the Elements" passive is permanently remain on shamans if they at least once mark and learn the talent. After unlearning "Echo of the Elements", the talent is permanently bound to shamans, persisting even through relog. I use the word Exploit in the title because the shamans gain an insane advantage in PVE/PVP, they can switch Echo with one of the other two neighbor talents ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16166&&name=elemental-mastery , https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16188&&name=ancestral-swiftness ) and basically have 2 talents from the same tier at once. It's not a bannable exploit because many of the shamans are not awared of doing this, it's more a big-*** bug.
