Bug description:
Flame Shock wont apply on target. Two out of ten times it wont be applied on target. This is so annoying bug. Elemental shamans can not use most of our basic spells properly. Drives me crazy.

Sadly, this is a more general issue with spells not hitting the target when los is involved. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as the developers are working on a fix.
