char Obbjh dwarf shaman alliance
Bug description: can't rich more then 74 % mastery (9968)

Dude, the first necklace has 1400 mastery + 600 (total of 2000) from that enchant, the second one has 2000 mastery and no enchant. Wake up and stop inventing bugs please
