[REJECTED] [Shaman][Elemental][Storm elemental] bugged dmg - too low

Bug description: After your last "fix" for storm elemental you nerfed = bugged the talent. It is normal to do 300k, that because of Primal Elementalist talent. Now these talents are useless, doing 40-80k dmg. I am asking the GMs now, what for are now these 2 talents if they do lower dmg than regular elements? Please fix it back to normal and Do not listen to all childrens who cries because shome players are using their brain.
