Character name: Empatix
Bug description: Windfury does two extra attacks, these should have chance to proc Stormbringer as it procs flametongue,frostbrand effects.

Proof: It's hard to proof, I tried on dummy via Crash Lightning, but everytime I try to generate maelstorm I proc stormbringer via auto attacks


I know this image is from 9.0, but these mechanics were in-game atleast from 7.1.5 where it worked like that

As you can see on this video, when he spams crash lightning initial he procs stormbringer via windfury almost everytime and this is not possible on freakz because of windfury not proccing stormbringer

Let me understand, in this post you're saying windfury doesn't proc stormbringer, and in your other post you were saying you can't prove crash lightning not proccing it because of windfury.
So what exactly do you think is bugged here? What spell isn't proccing stormbringer and it should?

Ah I wrote it wrong, its mostly because of autoattacks, because to proc windfury I need to use AA.
I am saying that windfury doesn't proc stormbringer

Stormbringer proc chance has been fixed in legion, and all the attacks that should proc stormbringer are doing so.
