Bug description:
While 2p Nighthold bonus is active, stormbringer should increase critical strike chance of stormstrike by 40%. For now, this doesn't work at all.
Proof:

As you can see on the picture, base crit chance on my shaman is 23%. Total amount of crit strikes of stormstrike is also about 23%. All the stormstrikes were casted only while stormbringer was active.
