Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Am pus glyphul dar nu imi da shockurile la 1 secunda cd.. le am tot la 6 secunde

acolo scrie ca reduce GLOBAL COOLDOWNU PUS DE SHOCKS, cand spune lucrul asta, se refera la cooldownul pus de shocks pe celelalte spelluri (lava burst, light bolt, chain light, elemental mastery, samd)

Unii sunt pur si simplu palete. Amice acolo scrie clar GLOBAL COOLDOWN. In caz ca nu stii cu ce se mananca incearca aici: GLOBAL COOLDOWN .
