Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Salut ,am observat in dim asta ca Hex-ul la shaman dat pe orice inamic tine maxim 5 secunde decat cat ar trebuii.Am incercat pe toate clasele posibile chiar si pe mobi si se intampla acelasi lucru.

dovada ? la mine tine mereu maxim, doar dak no fost alt spel castat inainte pe target gen polymorph sua chiar sap care face DR cu hexu, orcum in cazu ala ar treb sa tina 4 sec

Dovada / Proof:

Sunt destul de sigur ca ai o problema cu interfata(addoane) sau cu citirea ei.
Daca debuff-ul tine 7 secunde iti arata direct 6 .. nu inteleg cum ai ajuns tu la 5.
