Bug description: It doesnt buff spell power of the shaman

It is a passive spell on all specs , like other passive spells from other class. The only diference is made by the Shaman weapon buffs , earthliving, flametongue, etc

I still think you're right in a special case, and here ar two problems that occur:


1) Either Burning Wrath not work at all
2) Or other buffs overlap with Burning Wrath, because it stack (appear as they would stack), you will see the diference when you will recive a lock / mage buff , but it is stack only with one of these, and this makes me think that Burning Wrath not work.


I have not asked anyone if it gets this buff from my shaman. And if is count on his / her SPower nor the Mastery one, that one is stack to with the pala Might ..... or ours ar not working and we recive the other buffs instead.
