Bug description: Doesen't show blue circle of aoe,only show how it rains.

Do you have 'Projected Textures' turned on? If not turn it on and try again. That was the way I fixed it. If that still doesn't work let me know.

Just Turn on ur Projected Textures like Gracie said.
