Bug description: Earth shield heals for 50-100k more than it should
Proof: Earth shield heals for more than it should, while the tooltip shows 125k no heals go lower than 160k and none go higher than 220k. The mastery does scale right on it going to 250k when the HP is lower than 30%.

I did some testing regarding healing and what's listed on the tooltip and what isn't.

It seems the Grace of the Sea Artifact Trait and Versatility are both not added onto the tooltips.

Here are two examples.



Healing Surge Tooltip: 177391
Actual Heal: 210303

If you take 106% of 177391 to account for Grace of the Sea you're at 188034 add another 11.84% to 188034.46 for Versatility and you're at 210297, which almost exactly matches up with the actual heal value.



Same for Healing Wave.

Healing Wave Tooltip: 295652
Actual Heal: 350506

106% of 295652 is 313391, add 11.84% Versatility and it becomes 350497.

The reason both of these values on Healing Surge and Healing Wave are a slight bit off by a few numbers is due to hidden comma values, his actual Versatility is likely 11.843%, because if you calculate Healing Surge and Healing Wave with 11.843% instead of 11.84% you actually get the exact values of 210303 and 350506.



Now for Earth Shield.



Earth Shield Tooltip: 121779
Actual Heal: 151859

106% of 121779 is 129086, 111.84% of 129086 is 144370. I did around 8% of his health in one hit to get the proc, with 72.49% Mastery this gives him about a 5% increase in Healing. If you add 5% to 144370 you get around 151589. Hard to calculate the exact Mastery but it's close enough.

So Earth Shield should be working completely fine, it's using the same increases on the tooltip as Healing Surge and Healing Wave is, it's likely just some things not showing up on the tooltip. I doubt they're all overscaling simply because calculating using Grace of the Sea and Versatility is way too accurate to the exact values to be a coincidence.
