Bug description: gift of the queen should do few healing ticks... as on blizzard do check this video at 2:15 untill 2:20

What it does, is that when you finish the cast you heal everyone in that radius for 400% spellpower, and for 6 seconds, you increase their health by 10%, it should not be a ticking hot.
