Bug description: i've noticed that the passive skill resurgence is not working as intendend. As you can see in the video even with criticals heal mana is not getting refunded.

At 0:09/10 your mana goes 1030k > 993k which is 37k, which is 44k (mana cost) - 7k (resurgence rsetores 6.6k)
Same at 0:12 it goes 1017k > 980k
Combat log is bugged rn and doesn't highlight most resources generated.

in dalaran or in other places is work fine but in keys and raids i have the same feeling is not working how need to works , in keys if i spam healing wave the mana is going down and i think this not must happen give u 1% mana healing wave somehow if u spam healing wave the mana must not going to much down and u must to be on + , i think is not give u the correct mana back gives u but not how much need to give u

This issue was reported a while ago, there is currently a issue with combat log not showing the mana resurgance returns https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Shaman-Restoration-Resurgence-t574722.html using manual methods you can see it does indeed work correctly, however if you can confirm it bugs in raids and dungeons and have decent proof please do report it in a separate post.
