Bug description: It seems like it scales less than 100% weapon damage as it should. Please check
Proof: Without any passive boost to the WIndfurry I got 9332.4 base damage at the moment which I checked with other spells multiplier and its correct but windfurry tooltip and damage are 8634. Which is like 10% lower than the 100% scaling. Please check it.
