Bug description: quest still dont work ( there are 5 mouths passed since "the fix" ) , still not "pushed to live after 1 or 2 restarts"?! as a GM said?!

This is an issue for all Pre-BFA quest fixes, not only this one. I've already talked to a dev about it.
