Bug description: The bug occurs when you throw the spear to boss, and your action bar changes, you can no longer see your cooldowns on spells, or the gcd which is pretty gamebreaking, because you start to blindly spam everything w/o knowing if that spell is available

Its only a visual bug since the vehicle UI overrides the basic UI. Only addons can override this bug and allow you to see the remaining CDs.
