Bug description: Starlight Rose nods gives only Starlight Rosedust or nothing. Looted almost 40 of them.

Hi, Herbalism ranks have been recently fixed, if you have rank 1 or less you're most likely to get Nothing or just Dust, only reaching rank 3 Starlight Rose will make it 100% drop chance from the nodes. Please refer to: https://www.wowhead.com/legion-herbalism-guide
