Bug description: the quest says to ride the krom'gar hot air balloon but in the pointed place there is nothing except 2 npc's that don't help in quest progress

I found the balloon just south of Sludgewerks, on the structure in the middle of the lake. You wont get to ride it, but at least you will be able to finish the quest.
