Bug description: A couple days ago while i was trying to complete the Stormheim storyline on my Horde warrior i found a double bugg for the quest Will of the Thorignir.
First i go meet Havi https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=96254&&name=havi at his location, i accept the quest and fly to Cullen's Post to speak with the https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=92561&&name=dread-rider-cullen but she was nowhere to be found.
Thinking i might did something wrong i abandoned the quest and started my way back to Havi to retake it, but he wasn't there.
An important thing to mention is that the time i was questing, Stormheim was under Legion Assault and i was not 110 yet at the time.
I don't know what happened but ever since Havi is still missing from his spot and i can't retake the quest to finish the storyline.

Unstuck from the website and abandon any quest that might have a phasing aura on it.

I have unstucked a dozen of times but the bugg is still there .
And how can i see if a quest has a phasing aura on it ?

If unstucking didnt help create a ticket ingame and ask for '' .unaura '' that might help
