After skinning 20 stormscale sparks, I went to turn them into the questgiver, but my questlog only said I had 4 in my possession. Four of them were on my person and the rest I had gotten over the course of a couple months was stored in my bank, and I had withdrawn all of them to equal 20 in my bag. However the questgiver was still not accepting my Sparks, so I opted to drop the quest and pick it back up. However, upon deleting the quest from my log, it turns out the Sparks were deleted from my inventory as well.
