Bug description:Balnazzar is not spawned but instead there is Grand Crusader Dathrohan which has drop Head of Balnazzar , but that is not quest target it is"
" Kill Balnazzar.

and not his head

Read a bit more on wowhead Dathrohan transforms in Balnazar halfway , due high HP , i took the fight nude , but he falls dead instantly

i can confirm, this bug is still ongoing, i cant complete the stratholme achievement.
