Bug description: Cant take the quest even though im already Honored with the Nightfallen and already completed the first and two chapter of Good Sumaritan.

Bug description: There is no problem with the quest itself. However, there should be a reputation requirement on it. You normally need Honored with the Nightfallen to take this quest. There is currently not enough quests or ways to get that high of a reputation.
