Bug description: should be visuals to show where the leyline is being fed so you can click correctly the tower the leyline is feeding. i know "visuals arent a priority" but this is a quest that NEEDS visuals to complete. this quest has put a stop to at least two of my alts, my rogue randomly clicking stuff in the area got it, but i dont think anyone wants to sit for an hour trying to get lucky (which is roughly how long it took for my rogue)
says its been completed before and im ignored as far as any tricks to completing it that ARENT retail. but no one in global except toxic people and its extremely frustrating

You do not have to do this quest to turn in. After getting the quest click on the quest giver again and then click complete.

comfirmed the above, just abandoned and retook it and completed right there, fix if you want. but above works as well
