Bug description: Thalyssra and Arluin do not appear in the scenario at all as seen in the pic below, the video linked below shows them accompanying you throughout the scenario.

Please abandon the quest, delete cache, log in an take the quest again. It should auto complete the quest, like it's said here untill the whole scenario gets fixed.

Seems to have worked, although I noticed that Thalyssra teleports upstairs and you have to go to her to finish the quest before Oculeth teleports you to the scenario. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah, well the most important thing is that the quest can be completed so you can continue your questline. The scenario will get fixed later as well.
