Bug description:

The initial quest "The Perfect Opportunity" is not available to pick up from "First Arcanist Thalyssra". This in turn makes the entire questline that was "fixed" today unattainable. I am aware there is a reputation lock on some of the Suramar questlines; however I am Exalted with the Nightfallen so that shouldn't be the issue. Also I am 3/7 on the Suramar questline so that shouldn't be the problem either.
