Bug description: I have finished the Waning Crescent part of the Suramar questline but didnt get it checked in Good suramaritan achievement. I can't pick up the beginning of Blood and Wine quests. I have way more reputation than needed, but there's just no quest for me, not for this part, not for any other. I have no quests for the questline, despite meeting the conditions stated in the database. I've run around the entire Suramar, there's literally nothing for me to do except the world quests (the ones I was supposed to unlock by finishing the Waning Crescent never appear) that are irrelevant.

Yeah I just have the same problem as you did. No NPC to give quest and additionally bugged for Val'sharah questline too.

You have not finished the Waning Crescent. The quest that completes it is Thalyssra's Abode.

To check the requirements for an achievement, look them up on the achievement finder.
