Bug description: The NPC Tallian is stuck in an infinite loop of evading and reseting, and can therefore not be killed (unless perhaps bursted down by 5 people). Not sure if this is a recent occurance or not, but people seem to be unable to complete the quest because of this.

*same happens for other mobs inside his house, so it might be that his house is bugged

Proof: Personal test, couldnt really capture the essence of it in a screenshot. .go creature 542411 to reconstruct.
